Grilled Cajun Tuna
Ingredients
2 tuna steaks
1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
First coat tuna steaks with Cajun seasoning. Grill until temperature of choice.
While grilling, combine cream, butter, mustard, and 3 Tablespoons of
seasoning and simmer over low heat until slightly thick. When tuna is done,
use sauce for dipping or spoon over top.
